Rates are from $750 to $1,395 per week.  Monthly rates start at $1,800. Saturday to Saturday rentals. Check in time 3:00 pm Saturday. Check out time 10:00 am Saturday. There is a $350 security deposit for weekly rentals and a $1000 security deposit for monthly rentals. The deposit, minus $85 (weekly) or $100 (monthly) for cleaning, is returned to you within 2 weeks after your stay if there is no damage or loss. Your security deposit holds your dates.  The full amount of rent plus taxes are due 60 days prior to your stay. There is a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and a 1.5% Oceanside Tourism Marketing District (OTMD) assessment for stays less than 30 days. rent + 11.5% (taxes) + $85 (cleaning) = your total cost Cancellation policy: If canceled 60 days or more prior to stay, security deposit will be refunded.  If canceled less than 60 days prior to stay, security deposit will be refunded, but rent will only be refunded if we can find another renter for your dates.
