Beautiful one bedroom/one bathroom luxury condo at North Coast Village that is just steps away from the beach and Oceanside Harbor. This is a quiet top floor condo with views of the ocean, harbor, and tropical gardens with koi ponds. This condo has very comfortable furniture and bedding as well as 2 cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo, CD player, and high speed internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped to create a feast. No need to bring anything except your clothes – this ocean view condo has everything for the beach (boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs and towels). North Coast Village has 2 beautiful swimming pools, Jacuzzis, a recreation room with fun things for the family, and an exercise room.
This beach condo is in a complex that is right on the sand and within walking distance to the quaint shops and wonderful restaurants at Oceanside Harbor. This vacation rental is within 1 hour drive to all the major Southern California attractions – Disneyland, California Great Adventure, Knotts Berry Farm, The World Famous San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and Seaworld. Nearby the condo are shops that offer surfing lessons, kayak rentals, deep sea fishing, ski rentals, and whale watching.
There is 24 hour security for this seaside condo and one assigned underground parking space.

This is a non-smoking and no pets unit. Violation of these rules will result in fines from the Homeowners Association.
